You wouldn’t think it’s true, but one of the things that I have requests for the most often are nice period chains of a good length for wearing pendants. You probably wouldn’t believe me, either, when I tell you how difficult these are to find. Well, I do try and listen to you, my dears, and on my last trip to Europe I scoured the markets for nice, simple or simply interesting antique chains. Here is one.

This 9 karat gold hand made chain has a bright yellow color. Measuring 16.25 inches long, it closes with a lovely hand crafted clasp. The chain is 2.6 mm wide, each link is 5.8 mm long. It is marked ‘9CT’ on the clasp and weighs 3.2 grams. This chain was most likely it was made around 1890-1900.

I offer layaway on most items purchased for full retail price. In general my layaway terms are 1/3 down and 1/3 in 30 days and the last 1/3 in 60 days. I am flexible so if you are interested please ask me and we can work out a payment plan that suits you. Items ship when payment is complete and items purchased or payments made on layaway are eligible for store credit only.
