This wedding band is the Welsh Tree of Life pattern, the ring is of gold and the pattern of the front is a rosy bit of Welsh gold.
This absolutely beautiful 9k Welsh Band was made in Sheffield, England in 1997. It is reminiscent of the traditional Celtic Welsh Claddagh design, with symbolism of eternal love, verdant vines, buds, and heart-shaped leaves intertwined to make a lush garden of burnished gold. Made in 1997, the technically sophisticated openwork design is flawless. For comfort, this lovely 9k band tapers from 7.8 mm wide at the face to 5 mm wide on the palm side. The leafy face measures 22.2 mm across with a depth of 3.7 mm, and the ring weighs 3.7 grams. It is fully marked with “375,” the Sheffield Control mark, a Crown, “R” for 1997, and maker’s mark “CD.” There is also the dragon mark for Wales, indicative of the Welsh gold content. This elegant ring is a size 8 US.
